SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within India. Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping information may be delayed, returned, or canceled. Complete Collection is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

SHIPPING CHARGES

RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Complete Collection is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
DELAYED, LOST, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date or receipt of the package so we may assist in coordinating with the carrier where possible.
Any claims related to lost or damaged shipments are subject to the policies and investigation timelines of the shipping carrier.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, unavailability of the recipient, refusal to accept the package, or other reasons attributable to the customer, the order may be returned to us or abandoned by the carrier. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
